Women who need help can call 329/5956144 24/7, an operator will answer the phone calls and, if the user asks, will arrange an appointment at the counter “Centro Ascolto Donna”, at the Caritas Diocesana. Women who, on the other hand, need help in anonymity, can send a message to the chatbot NONPOSSOPARLARE, online in the website of Caritas Salerno.
