The association

SAVE THE WOMAN is an Association of Social Promotion (APS) founded in 2020, with the aim of promoting digital initiatives against gender-based violence, identifying in technology solutions to prevent and rescue people at risk or abused.

Every year, in Italy and around the world, women at all social levels are victims of psychological and physical violence by their partner. Gender-based violence is a phenomenon that seems unavoidable. However, there are often signs that are symptomatic of an imminent degeneration in the relationship, but which the potential victim does not usually perceive as such. Only greater awareness and understanding can reduce violence and prevent it from happening.

SAVE THE WOMAN Association activities deal with promoting and disseminating digital solutions against gender-based violence, developing digital solutions of its own design to prevent gender violence, committing the design and development to specialized agencies, analyzing the dynamics of the phenomena through the examination of statistical data with advanced digital tools, such as bigdata and artificial intelligence in strict compliance with the regulations of privacy and computer security, organizing training courses for the responsible and safe use of digital tools, promoting Social Innovation projects through communication, development and marketing activities, organizing events.

The two main ongoing projects of the SAVE THE WOMAN Association, based on innovative technologies and user experiences, are:

- SAVE THE WOMAN Test, for women awareness and risk assessment
- NONPOSSOPARLARE Chatbot for prevention, information and women awareness installed on the site of the anti-violence centers and on the municipal web portals.
